Just trying to play a divergence as price approaches a daily resistance level. Just place stops enough to give some room and accommodate spreads. And of course proper MM if price doesn't agree with the plan. There would always be that other setup to recover please.

Both Gold entries up about 100pips. It's left for us to determine how strong our mind is as I see a plan.
Please and please, I know what i do to a certain degree and that's why I can afford to move SL atimes just to make sure the setup was given all possible chances to play out.
We've seen many times how price went just a pip to SL level and reversed to the right direction with One thousand million pips. That is not the same thing as just placing or moving SL at random points hoping the market would be kind. Enjoy

Being a "guru" in this forex thing is just basically chopping mind and then adopting a simple approach to help you get in and out of the market through a viable setup.

That's why all materials posted on the group are simple trading methodologies which constitute only 20% of what we do and materials on psychology - which is the bedrock of any successful trader.

You never start sef, just read through them over and over and keep your MM in check. You'd begin to make noise with One thousand million pips up and down . I'd continue to repeat that forex might not be easy, but its simple. Just stay consistent Sir/Ma.

We must always remember the reason for each setup and stick to it. We must never be like those people that got created after us who would enter market to buy hair ribbon and come back with wrapper, handbag and mascara .
It was a risky setup, we got in and the market has been kind to give us quick profits. Rather than relax and get married to what the target ought to be, remember that it was a very sinful risky entry [na joke oh], so we should get the transaction protected real quick and relax considering it could go totally wrong on you. Remember to enjoy the party but always dance near the door, lol.

If this takes us out, a sell limit in the 7990/8010 area would be Golden.
That's how EURGBP missed limit by 3pips and took off. Even me forgot to accommodate for scam spread. Many more setups to eat from InshaAllah.

At this point, it is chasing a trade which is totally discouraged but as long as price stays below the blue TL we are safe to sell. Once in a while a little kai kai is ok for running belle

You just described my view about the Forex market.

Oya EURUSD, AUDCAD and Gold from this morning have started to move. If anyone tells you that you can't almost accurately define your risk to Reward potential on any setup in this market, tell them to go and learn more because you've seen someone who can more than 50% of the time, catch the turning points of price.
This is only achievable by opening your mind to ask how can it be done? Not just sitting in one obscure corner dictating how the market ought to be traded, that is see finish and crowd mentality - the market hates both of those people.

I dey cap prapra because I no fit sleep all night till now. Looks like the time has come for waterside boys to go back into their place of assignment. If after 60years, a handful of brain dead individuals would still hold us and our future generations to Ransome, then we as a people should realise its now time to do the extraordinary. If we truly understand the dynamics of Forex trading, then we ought to know that there are no hard or fast rule to the business. There long/short term traders, there are high/low risk takers, there are retirees who are trading their millions pensions just to get 5% annually and there are the agberos like me looking to flip accounts month after month so I can finally buy Lamborghini and open Instagram account to pose like those South Africans

I've seen so much about Forex trading especially on this wonderful Nairaland where an individual would give advice that we should respect this space - that we shouldn't follow anyone to their telegram group, where you can get instant updates on setups and common sense in general trading [which of course can't be achieved here] but is also redirecting you to their telegram, snapchat and YouTube for instant trades . I love Nairaland walahi.

In FOREX, There is no fooling ANYONE!. Your results and your account are telling you whether your current methods are working or not. You need to be at least honest with yourself. If your current set of rules [mindset rules, strategy rules and money management rules] are not working, you can see their impact on results.

If you keep using the same set of rules and expect different results, that is insane.

Abeg there is money to be made in this fordx of a something, but the market is tailored to reward each man to his methods. Just a step back, think, unlearn and then learn the things that work. Try a different way of doing things that may produce different results. That is all oh!!!
