I still can't see the rational behind expanding this 13km road. So what happens after mile 12 6 lanes turns back to 2 lanes and an additional BRT lane and a service lane. The bottle neck is still the same. Everybody is happy driving on the 13km road but once you get to mile 12 it turns into status quo. I guess I need to revisit my fluid mechanics theory to see how this expansion will help the majority of people working around western avenue and the island. I would also comment my reserve about the contractor.
