ozo then responded that beyond the material stuffs, he is more interested in where a relationship is going ...kidd agreed and said yeah...that can we actually build together....he then asks if ozo had asked nengi to be his girlfriend. that he should do it in the house...cos if it doesnt happen in the house, it's very unlikely it would happen outside. (same reasoning dora gave him earlier today)

To me ....summary of it all...I think Kidd is just trying to get ozo to snap out of his mumuness, consider the kinda babe nengi is and the attention she will get outside and if he can actually cope. if he feels he can , he should ask her out and confirm if they can be a thing.

Simp as being used in here is a short form of simpleton and it means being foolish.

Ozo has been exhibiting foolishness with his manner of chase and behaviour towards Nengi on our screen.

A girl that obviously likes you keeps telling you, you are not her type, your family will not like me, telling you straight up that we are not in a relationship. When all watching obviously know that Ozo wants more from the relationship.

Imaging her building a wall between 2 of them in bed when they were in HOH. A foolish guy like Ozo didn't even get upset, if it were a sharp alert guy him go form annoyance with that childish act. Did she hear somewhere that Ozo raped somebody before. What was all that for?

A sharp guy who is not foolish will ignore her and exploit that part that knows she likes him but instead Ozo will be begging to sleep in her bed and she would be telling him, that their relationship is not up to that manner.
