Now explain the link to tribal selections.

So they don't employ people here for the operational activities?

It doesn't mean the entity itself ...that's why they need to put control mechanisms in place to ensure their scouters don't employ bias when selecting .......when you hear BB selection is via connection and all ...you think its the company itself ? Its a large organisation with different employees handling different responsibilities.....so the process is prone to loopholes ..
And that's were policies and guidelines come in ..

The company wanted to expand into new West African markets and picked Naija and Ghana.

They couldn’t come into Naija without a Nigerian partner and Ogunsanya was the guy they teamed up with. Ogunsanya’s company is now called Multichoice Nigeria and everything concerning Multichoice in Naija including DSTV, Africa Magic, fall under his company.

If you are not happy about how they select housemates, you have two options. Boycott the show or go and start your own reality show where you are free to select who you want to!
