According to my personal research, incarnation is not always by personal choice. If I kill someone, the person will incarnate in my Earth family immediately, it will dislodge the spirit incarnated in the foetus in my pregnant wife if I have one or go to another pregnancy in the Earth family that I am a member of and etc. If a pregnant woman is frustrating unnecessarily a man then a spirit from the man's line will incarnate in her pregnancy as of right and etc. So two interacting cultures will have numerous cross incarnations but cross incarnation will not be possible if there is no interaction at all. I read something like this before in Isis papyrus from the Nubian period that we belong to a physical family and a soul family. There was a seer I consulted recommended by a doctor associate he told me she was very accurate, indeed she was. She told me the exact same thing that we belong to two families, she said sometimes souls travel together and sometimes not. Before the modern era my Hebrew ancestors believed in reincarnation in a way but not similar model but different.
