While some of us who missed stream 1 are feeling sad, we should understand that there are some out there whose names are not even in batch A. Some even lack the opportunity of serving this year while there are others who did applied for exception letter.. Are they dead? Cheer up, though it tarry( stream 2), it will surely come... I haven't seen any award given for being in stream 1 or stream 2..

Make I finally ask my question. Can someone that doesn't want stream 1 and gets it swap with someone that wants stream 1?
Secondly, can States of deployment be swapped same as above?
Thirdly, how can I let nysc know my preferred options among the states I chose.
