The number of fake certificates in the north alone would dwarf the number of the originals in the north.

U cant take it away,I served in Kebbi state meaning part of the north west of the country,I was surprised that,the day of WAEC exam English exams precisely,just because it rained a night before that day,the student ran to do farm work instead of writing exams.

And u want to use that to compare education in the east.

Just go and rest.
