He is helpless as there is collusion of powers-that- be with the foreign invaders... Sadly, he doesn't control the police or army... All he can do is to set up a local security version, and he can't arm those ones with anything more than a dane gun, which is unlike the Ak 47 and other sophisticated weapons of the invaders... State policing would really be helpful in this regards if passed into law. It's just the governors will abuse it |
