Once the designer is aware of the nitty-gritty, test of all forms can be protected from duplication. For a Computer-Based Test to be stolen, the culprit must have access to the password of the computer and other security codes attached to it.

Coverage: A single Computer-based Test designed can be deployed for a million students, even if they are in different geographical locations, provided that the platform for its deployment is available.

Administration: CBT can be administered with ease as the time for each is programmed on it and will log user out once the time allocated to the test is over.

Delivery: while paper-based exam booklets and other logistics must be physically shipped down to examination venue, CBT can be put on a flash drive or sent electronically to administration site.

Scoring: Marking 2000 scripts of a test containing one hundred multiple choice questions is definitely not an easy task. But with CBT, scores and results can be generated automatically as soon as the user clicks the submit button.
