We humans are like drops of water in a sea of cosmic Being. We are constantly trying to evolve and become individualised. These animals are also a part of this cosmic whole and are running their own evolution. Causing unnecessary harm to them is akin to causing unnecessary harm to the Cosmic. The concept is too Esoteric to grasp at once. However know that AMORC frowns on unnecessary torture and killings of other forms of life that share the same vital life force as we do.

I take that as a joke. If by head you mean human beings then AMORC is the wrong organisation to ask such a question. AMORC will not even advise you to kill a cockroach because they are part of the Cosmic and are as important in the grand scheme as humans. Animals that must be eaten for sustenance must be made to suffer less by avoiding unnecessary torture to such animal. That's the AMORC perspective.

I just don't have ample time on my hands right now to correct some of their erroneous misconceptions about karma
especially the one the OP made and ridiculously used Christ's crucifixion to buttress her error, not knowing that it is
Christ's crucifixion that makes the concept of karma useless!

Nobody is saying actions don't have consequences but you have to put it in context and not chalk up every
