In my opinion, I will say go to Naija. I also work and live in SA but decided go to Naija to go and apply. They really don't have much people here applying for the visa which gives them time to really look into your documents and ask questions, I know of people who applied here and got denied even with their spouse being South African. We took all necessary documents to Nig. and we got the visa and we were only asked questions based on what we filled. Not document was requested for. It was our first time of applying.[/quote

Thank u sis I will do just dat

LadyGuinivere:

#chances? Nobody can tell u that.
You are to apply where u have ties. Apparently, that is SA where your husband has a job and both of you have a permit.
I think both of you should apply without the kids

Thank u so much sis, I appreciate you quick response. I will update the house as we proceed may God see us through.

Hello mama's in the house, thanks for your selfless contributions you are all doing a great job. I've been following thing thread for a while and I decided to register tonight.
My questions goes thus:
My husband lives and work in South Africa and I just got my temporary residential visa with my kids, now am expecting, do I need to apply for B1/B2 visa in SA or I need to come back to Nig?
Should I apply with my hubby or he should apply later after we ve gotten ours?
What is our chances if we applied in SA?
Thanks for the good work once again
