I want to bring your awareness to how unprofessional and poor your auction export customer service representatives are. I was chatting with a representative yesterday and i didn't even finish my inquiries with him/her before i was told he/she is going on a break and the chat was disconnected and the same thing happened on Saturday.

Secondly, I spoke with two of your customer service representatives(name withheld) and ask them to confirm the availability of a vehicle with a dealer before i could make the payment for the car and they both promised to call the dealer and send me an email afterwards and up till now, i am yet to get any email from any of them.

I want to know if this is the way you run your organisation and based on my experience so far, I have been really unimpressed and i am thinking of changing my mind about doing business with your company.

I hope you talk to your staffs and this issue can be addressed because there seems to be so much complaints about your customer service..
