GOOO MORNING: EUR/USD dropped 0.56% to 1.1185 as investors also remained cautious after German Chancellor Angela Merkel warned Monday that "there isn’t much time left" to reach an agreement on a cash-for-reforms deal needed to unlock more financial aid before Greece runs out of money.Athens delayed a key debt payment to the International Monetary Fund on Friday, saying it would repay the money along with other payments due this month by the end of June. BRUSSELS (Reuters) - The European Commission has received a new proposal from Greece for reforms that could unlock new funding from the cash-strapped country and is now assessing it, an EU official said on Tuesday. The proposal was originally due last Thursday. It is to bridge the remaining differences between Athens and its international creditors on issues like pension or Value Added Tax reform. |

Signs the market is girding for a Greek default, in 4 charts http://www.marketwatch.com/story/signs-the-market-is-girding-for-a-greek-default-in-4-charts-2015-04-16?dist=tcountdown If the financial market is a good predictor, you’d better brace for a Greek default. Borrowing costs on Greece’s government bonds have rallied back to levels not seen since 2012, the cost of insuring against a default has surged and investors are moving into safer assets in the eurozone, such as German bonds and equities. These factors all indicate that capital markets are getting increasingly concerned the Greek government won’t reach a deal with its lenders in time to avoid a cash crunch. If the country runs out of money it could face a default and eventually be forced to leave the eurozone. Read: S&P cuts Greece credit rating, outlook is ‘negative’ “Overall the probability of a Greek exit is higher now than it ever was,” analysts at Barclays said in a note. “Even if a no-default ‘muddle-through’ remains our baseline forecast for now.” |

Good morning friends........ Today we have some major news coming up from the US,which will impact positively or negatively on the US$ and other Dollar paired currencies. In my candid opinion,I suggest we stand aside for now until those fundamental news are released or better still don't trade, because the news has always been manipulated these past weeks in favor of the dollar. That's why I av been avoiding most dollar paired currencies for the past weeks. The best trade setups are in EUR/NZD,GBP/CAD,GBP/CHF,GBP/AUD,AUD/NZD and NZD/JPY cos these pairs will fetch you over 600pips---900pips in the next couple of weeks,if you hold on to these pairs, you stand to make good money, wait for the entry points. |

Greek defence minister - If Greece leaves euro zone, Spain and Italy would be next: Bild intv http://in.reuters.com/article/2015/03/14/eurozone-greece-idINKBN0M92NZ20150314 If Greece were to leave the euro zone, Spain and Italy would also end up quitting the common currency bloc, Greek Defence Minister Panos Kammenos told German newspaper Bild in an interview to be published on Saturday. “If Greece explodes, Spain and Italy will be next and then at some point, Germany. We therefore need to find a way within the euro zone, but this way cannot be that the Greeks keep on having to pay,” he said, according to an advance extract of the broad-ranging interview. |
