From your moniker, I guess you are a programmer. Why not make this a long-term project while working on other smaller gigs to raise fund. You can thereafter go for advanced training to have the know-how on implementing your ideas.

See let me share an experience with you, if I say it I know no one will believe me but I'll saynit anyways. Even us with all the resources we have, we gave up doing it overseas and simply create sublogins of our US site- and that's for new parts with only one source from only one part numbering nomenclature (US). Bosch Nigeria has not succeeded either and takes hours to try to match up part numbers. So how exactly do you plan to upload updated inventory daily from Ladipo sellers with part numbers from three different country's nomenclatures (US, SA and Nigeria) with multiple prices. Especially when the sellers themselves often do not have complete part matching information?

Add to that, do you realize the server space you would need to pull this off? A website as you describe it will NOT be able to power this. We have over 25000 unique part numbers and that's not even going as old as cars get here.

I'm not being a downer, I'm being a realist. You are a long, long way from what you are trying to accomplish if I'm understanding you correctly. That being said, AGAIN, WHAT IS AN ONLINE MECHANIC

Go look around on ours. It seems this is what you are trying to do. Correct me if I'm wrong. It took millions of dollars and about 8 years to create. We spent another three years trying to simply link and create Nigerian version and gave up. Same in the Caribbean. I know of at least one other party with deep pockets working on exactly your idea (Amazon of used parts for Nigeria). They've been on it for two years since we told them we were abandoning the project.

I'm all for anything innovative but from what I've seen, he's not done the research to have a solid business plan. He's got a lot more hurdles than a 50k domain.

Guy, you just dey dish out mad ideas wey people with vision and cash fit run asap. You're supposed to keep a lid on this idea and only share to potential investors, your ideas are fantastically brilliant, only a fool won't notice that.

Only pitch your ideas to people willing to invest, if I get hidden money somewhere I go use your idea and add some other things, engage in massive marketing and ads, within a year or 2 you're on your foot, raking in the money.

These three things you mentioned are of very low cost compared to what you just laid down (35k - 50k at most).

It's good to think big but don't let it drive you into the well.
