Here is small story for those calling and asking beans price and immediately you told them,they will say is to high.lolz
The beans harvest this year was poor,my friend has a beans farm,last year he got 30 bags,and this year he got only 7 bags from thesame farm. And the sadness part of it he applied 14 bags of fertilizer this year,now the total harvested beans money willnot pay for the fertilizer he collected as loan!!!.
He weed the farm twice at the rate of 50k per weeding. Planted 30 mudus of beans,plough the farm @70k.

white maize is 20k,yellow maize is 22k. Yes you can still store it but you can only gain like 50-60 percent of this year maize storage. because you can't compare ur gain with the one that bought @16k.

1st week of December is here,the best time to buy beans for storage.

As we approach christmas,the demand for paddy rice is on increase which ultimately increase the price of local rice. Our rice is now 28k per bag.

If you can give us the contract,in two days we will deliver.you will get it cheaper, polished and destoned.

Shariff84, I am very displeased with the manner the goods you sent to Lagos for my sister was handled. Why not send the driver's number to them to be tracking him? Now they went and dump the goods in a garage only God knows and not answering calls. Do you know how much stress and cost to charter vehicle for how many bags?
Even the ones you sent to me in Abuja, I stressed so much to receive it. Now I want to buy rice and beans but the thought of the stress I went through is keeping me from doing so.

anybody that's using truck this period has to be patient,the overall trucking system is poor.And I have to say it here anything truck is out of my control. Drivers don't usually give us their numbers because they don't want disturb,I myself I don't have the driver's number that carry ur sister's goods.I don't even deal with the drivers directly it's my truck agent that does that.
And most of this truck drivers are illiterate for example the one that carry ur goods to abuja for two days he is on the way and he deliberately switch off his phone,till when reach Abuja in the mid night before he call me.

Those that want to buy beans for storage this year.The Time is now,you can buy from now to two weeks before the price start going because all agro produces harvest for this year is poor!!!. Throughout today iam busy buying for some nairalanders.
