Bombing pipelines does not develop Niger Delta, it in fact destroys the Niger Delta. (I know you are happy with this answer, but If I keep it this simple, you will miss the Bigger picture)

This destruction of Niger Delta is a means to a Beautiful End. (Resource Control)

Remember the saying, If you want Peace, then prepare for war.

Bombing pipelines does not aim to develop Niger Delta, rather, it aims to force the Federal Government to right the wrongs over 50 years.

The big picture is to allow the owners of the land to control the resources in their land, so that they can develop Niger Delta by themselves.

They have waited for the Federal Government to do so for over 50 years.

Now they are tired of waiting.
