This my dad wont kill me. He just saw the thread on 'basic things you ll need in camp' and since then he s been telling me 'I told you so'. Just because I told him its time i start my shopping, he s saying I dont need to shop for anything since Federal government will provide everything. His views on each of the item:
1. White round neck tops
2. White shorts
3. Pair of tennis shoes
All these will be provided @ the camp
4. A torch light - my Nokia torch will serve
5. Mosquito net and blanket - Take the ones @ home
6. Cooler, cup and spoom - dey booku for house
7. Buckets - this is the only item he will give me money for
8. Underwears and Towel - what happened to the ones I have?
9. Cash - for what? Food is provided, my alawee will be paid few days after I enter camp.
After all, the real meaning of NYSC is Now Your Suffering Continues. I still dey look am wit one eye shaa.
