Looking at ur complains,u have taken several pain killer but u seem nt to be having relieve ,I am tempted to say or I wud call this issue ankylosing spondylitis. Now because I can't conclude on this I wud advice u to do an xray ...... Before u prepare on an xray u can take naproxen ,pregabalin and methylcobalamin ,then u can add a high strength vit c 1000mg . buy it from a retail pharmacy next to u and ask for direction on how to administer the drug ( dosage ).
