Seller must pay the costs and freight to bring the goods to the port of destination. However, risk is transferred to the buyer once the goods are loaded on the vessel. Insurance for the goods isNOTincluded. This term is formerly known as CNF (C&F, or C+F). Maritime transport only.

With few exceptions models and brand like Mercedes, Lexus, BMW, and other luxury vehicles all carry same duty rate.

When Aregbesola's suit against Oyinlola was in court, a bomb exploded in the Osun state secretariat and Aregbesola was quickly linked to it in the morning withouth investigation and harrased by Oyinlola, PDP through Nigeria police. The case died down when one of the suspect was arrested in the house of a PDP chief in Osogbo and everyone knew it was a plan to tag Aregbesola 'Bokoharam' been a muslim and in the end, kill the suit against Oyinlola.

Now, another explosion some few time to the election - Is this a war of religion, politics, desperation, anti-development or mental disorder? If we can go to any lenght just to win popularity, it is a real sickness.

Sad enough, some are already attacking religion, that's exactly what they want to achieve. But I believe it's fail on arrival, people aren't dump as they may expect.

People have been asking me of the latest as regards to the purported new tariff, please be informed that the're is no clear information on this, though, the 'general rumour' is that the planned '70%' on the used vehicles has been shifted till next year while the new tariff takes effect on the new vehicles as scheduled (July 1). While I can't confirm this, I can't at the same time refute it; all that is certain for now is that series of consultation is on and the old rate of 35 % still holds.

CIF – Cost, Insurance and Freight (named port of destination)
Exactly the same as CFR except that the seller must in addition procure and pay for the insurance.

This is basis for calculating customs duty and used in maritime transport only.
