I doubt this figure, I am sure the FRSC personnel did not take into consideration that most cars that came in through Lagos and headed to other part of the country are registered in Lagos to aid easy movement to final destination.

In as much as Lagos State is the state with the highest population ( save for census that puts Kano first ) it is also possible to host the highest number of vehicle per states, but 1/4th is questionable.

I for one know a lot of people that lived in other part of the country that registered their cars in Lagos before moving it to their bases.

There's nothing wrong with Diesel Engine but the issue is having a competent mechanic to handle maintenance and repairs. He also mentioned about Faulty gear and misplaced key. I wouldn't advise anyone to go for a Diesel engine Benz except he/she is sure that there's a reliable mechanic to handle repairs.

There is a Benz C220 that has an engine that has knocked and I want to to buy it and put in order. The seller said the key got lost and cut another one and it was faulty and thereby affected the engine.
I was told that if I change the engine and gear that it will be ok.
Please note also that it is a diesel engine and I hope to convert to petrol
