I called one of the ICT people in oauthc this evening and he said that the portal will be reopened between tomorrow and Tuesday. He also said that the names of shortlisted candidates will be uploaded tomorrow and exam date for each applicant.

Oauthc portal can't be accessible at this moment. Not sure the exam would hold on Monday.
