orelove4liff: lol..bt teacher tot u b4 u got dat admissn nw.dont panic cos most ppl dat got admissn to study medicine,physiotherapy,dentistry etc wil end up graduatin with Bsc in zoology while some ppl dat got zoology,microbiology,botany etc nw wil change to medicine in 200L if they hav d minimum of 5points..wil ui tel jamb to re-issue anoda admissn leta for dem cos they changed 4rm one course to anoda?NO!

Depositors name: Jamb Reg no/your full name as stated on jamb slip
