Business3 Weird Work Habits Of Highly Successful Online Bloggers by Sillyprofits(op):
In this article, I laid out the 3 most unusual yet surprisingly effective habits I have noticed amongst top wealthy bloggers including Linda Ikeji herself.

Number 2 is the sickest.

Birds of a feather flock together, they say.
In other words, when you show me your friends or the people you flock/hang with then I can get to know you even better.

It’s simple...

It is a known fact that humans are a creature of habit. Meaning that we have a tendency to hang around people who have the same habits as we do and that includes—work habits, dating habits, eating habits and sometimes… money habits.

The same thing goes for successful online business owners.
They flock together.
Big ass wealthy bloggers also flock around each other like two birds of the same breed.

If you hang around successful bloggers long enough you’ll most definitely begin to pick up one or two patterns in their everyday lifestyle and general business habits.

Some of these habits and (( vibes )) may come off as weird and unconventional especially for anyone who you doesn’t earn up to 6 to 7 digits per month by selling services off his/her blog.

I will be revealing what I think is the most common habits I have noticed in the lives of some of the most respectable online business owners I have ever met and why I think you should copy and replicate the same habits and results in your own business.
Here we go….

1. They are loners.
Yup. You read that right. Most truly successful bloggers I have met are loners.
Don’t get me wrong.
They may be extremely lovable and sociable people but then at the same time I’ve noticed they prefer to be left alone often times.

They are usually what you call 'ambivient'

But then the reason cannot be farfetched—they need their ‘alone time’ in order to focus on growing their online blog businesses which usually is the major source of their income.

This is something most unsuccessful bloggers & online business people fail to grasp.
Most unsuccessful bloggers are usually lax with their time. They do absolutely everything apart from pay good attention to their blog business.

It’s GIGO.
Garbage In. Garbage Out.
What you put in is what you take out, friend.

When you break into the 7-digit per month income bracket working online, you will begin to understand that time is golden.

And the reason is this—if you give your online blog 5 % of your time, it’s only naturally you’ll get the equivalent of what you put in.

That is, if you give your blog business 30 minutes a day, you get back 30 minutes worth of results too.

I vividly remember calling Linda Ikeji’s sister, Edna, as early as 6.15 am on a cold Saturday morning about an advert that was supposed to go up on her blog but was being delayed…

…moments before we got talking about my delayed advert, we exchanged pleasantries and made small talks, and somewhere between that, Edna whispered something to me about her sister, Linda.

Something I think you should emulate if you are looking at starting & growing your own profitable blog business online.

Edna said,

“Linda has been up since 4.30am working on her blog.”
“She has also been a workaholic.”

I thought it was weird for an multi-millionaire blogger like Linda to be an early bird and workaholic…. But then it wasn’t just her.

The moment I started meeting and spending time with some other successful online blog owners I immediately began to noticed the intensity of work these blog owners put into their online businesses.

2. They are Extreme Workaholics.
This may not sound weird but then most influential online business owners I’ve met (not just bloggers) work more than you can ever imagine on their online business day in and day out.

I'm not just talking about putting in work, I’m talking about putting in more than 18 hours a day on their business blogs… especially when a product launch is ongoing.

And that also explains why they don’t spend much time socializing & frolicking with friends. Time is money. And they perfectly understand that.

3. Wealthy online business owners are extremely curious.
Curiosity killed the cat, they say… but then online business owners like our feline friends have 9 lives.
Curiosity is actually what spurs business owners on.
Curiosity & want keeps us going.

Successful online blog owners are always learning. Because the online market is always changing.
And you don’t wanna get stuck with an old way of doing things online to avoid business extinction.

Here is exactly what I mean, dear…

If you want to start your own profitable blog that will be generating about 6-digits for you, then you need to have an undying desire to know/learn more.

You see, if you want to visit Lagos, tomorrow… you will first of all want to know how long Lagos is from your current location.
You may probably search for it on Google or ask a friend.
You want to know how long it’ll take and how much too.

You wanna know more about Lagos because you want to visit there. So, you consciously feed your curiosity.

Please, stay with me…

I want you to understand how this works.

It’s more like a process.
You need to consciously feed your curiosity & desire to start and grow a profitable blog business online… just like the guy who wants to visit Lagos state does.

So, if you ever considered

• Starting your own profitable blog business from home…
• Having an online blog that yields insane monthly profits for you or…
• You have a blog that doesn’t earn you much income yet

…then I strongly suggest you pay attention to your everyday business habits.

Remember, if you want be number one you have to ODD.
Weird.
And ‘not-normal’

Make a conscious effort to use your work-time effectively.
And make a conscious effort to feed your curiosity... like you’re doing now. *wink*

Okay?

Set your goals and develop habits to help you start & grow your own profitable blog.

Don’t forget that birds of a feather…. You know the rest.
Do have a great day and don’t forget to keep winning.

Yup i'm Edo but your comment was going kinda stereotypical seeing in my group alone we had Igbo,Yoruba,Edo etc.

Yep made it to Spain and beyond.
Em... I think its a norm in Edo.

Most peeps I know who trolled that path are all from Edo and I guess it has to do with a societal behavior that has been passed down from time....

Most people I know from the SE who also attempted that had been to Edo too.

And I totally understand because I'd do the same if I had no option.

Sometimes it's better to die trying to live on your knees.
Especially as a first son in Nigeria.

Hope you don't mind if I ask, but what do you currently for a living now ?

And pls tell us about your experience as a fraudster back then. I've got a thing for a good story, gaby

WebmastersDo You Really Want To Know How To Earn An Income Online Using A Blog? by Sillyprofits(op): 9:52pm On Mar 03, 2018
Are you intrigued by the idea of starting your own business from home?
Have you ever wished to have a business that gives you time and also gives you an impressive income every day?
Do you wish to start an online business that wouldn’t cost you an arm, leg… or a kidney?

If yes… then I think one area you should take a closer look at is the online Blogging business.

My brother and I work strictly off our blog ever since graduation and we have never needed or considered getting a paid job ever because our blog became profitable and started yielding income.

In fact, we call our business The Blog Money Business. LoL.

Well, in case you have ever considered or entertained the idea of starting a business so simple as a blogging business yet so profitable that it’ll make a banker’s pay look like peanuts…. Then here are some of the basic steps I think you should take before you get started with your blog:

Step 1.
Have A Plan On How To Monetize Your Blog Even Before You Start.

You see, it’s so easy to start a 6 – 7 figure income yielding blog in as little as 90 Days from scratch if you know exactly what you are doing… and do it well.

One crucial step most beginners miss when starting their blog is—starting one without a plan of earning money off it.

I understand that some people start a blog for the sheer joy of it.
I also understand that most people who have a flare for writing or teaching use a blog as an easy outlet for their talent

Then on the other hand, I also know a lot of people who are into blogging solely for the cash flow and almost insane silly profits Blogging yields.

Listen dear, if you are dead-serious about earning with your blog or starting a profitable blog online you should know that you MUST have a laid down workable plan of converting your blog visitors or what we call “blog traffic” into paying customers.

You either go in with a plan of selling out advert spaces on your blog like Linda Ikeji & Nairaland
Or...
You plan on promoting other people’s products on your blog for a commission like Jiji & Jumia.
Or….
You can simply be making money by promoting and selling your own home-made digital products on your blog.

Trust me, it’s a whole lot easier when you go into blogging with a plan of monetizing it as against doing it for fun at first.

2. Stick To The Plan
Remember Your Plan? The initial plan on how to monetize your blog? Your plan on how to convert your blog traffic to customers?

Yes. That one. Stick to it!
Em… well, except it isn’t working out after you have worked on the plan for 3 consecutive months.

I started earning off my first ever blog in less than 90 days after it kicked off.

Yes, in less than 3 months after I launched my first ever blog i started making some cool cash in profits off it by selling digital or information products on it.

The funny thing is that I did that working off my bedroom.
And in no distant time, the blog made me my first major 5 digit monthly income and then it gradually grew to 6 digits and….it never declined.
As our subscribers increased our income also climbed till and the monthly sales made on our blog kept hitting the roof.

But then, you must understand that it took my blog almost 90 days to yield it’s first major income online as a newbie.
The reason I said to give it 3 months is that almost every new blogger is naturally impatient. And in want of fast money.
As in, they begin a blog with the high hopes of becoming Bill Gates in 3 weeks.

Such ‘hot’ blood (or impatience) is the first step to failure as a blogger smiley

Most new bloggers don’t seem to understand that Blogging isn’t a get rich quick scheme.

In reality, it takes about 3 months to know if something is likely to work out or not.

3 months is the average time it takes to moderately decide if continuing with a course of action is advisable.

Even in relationships, most new couples who make it past the 3rd month usually have a longer lasting union.
It’s simple! Give your blog plan at least three months.

Take your time while you work on your blog but then give it your best for the first 3 months and watch the income fall on you in no distant time.

3. Avoid The Sweet Temptation Of Jumping From One Blog Niche To Another. Don’t Disperse Your Energy.
My people have a wise saying and it goes…. “na over-style make monkey fall from tree”
For my non-Nigerian friends, it literally means “the monkey fell off the tree for being too showy with his swinging skills”

I remember when I almost left a very profitable blog where I covered topics on the women’s health niche because I was too impatient and needed fast money.
And that same blog today has grown and transformed into an extremely profitable blog even without running an active advert for a full year.

One inevitable temptation that comes with blogging is that of ‘eyeing’ another person’s blog, getting blinded by the shine of their success and hence, losing sight of your goal or mission.

It’s okay to have more than one blog on different topics or niches, I mean, I currently have 3 highly profitable blogs….. but for starters, if you are looking at making an impressive income from your blog then it is better you stick to one blog niche at first and grow it to a profitable level before thinking about switching niches.

Avoid biting more than you can chew when you work online and focus your energy on what your blog is specific for.

If you plan on blogging about pets then pets it is.

It’s easier to convert your blog visitors/traffic or subscribers to paying traffic when you stick with one niche.

For example, it is now a common occurrence for me to get dozens of emails and calls from friends who wish to start a new profitable blog business online. They run to me when they need to start making money online using a blog

Because I’m always dropping valuable tips on the life-changing secrets anyone can use to generate insane and almost Instant Blog Money in my private Facebook group.

And at the same time, lots of them have applied those tips and have seen a noticeable boost in their monthly blog income.
And because of the consistency of message, my friends and associates now refer to me as the Blog Money Guy. And they willingly pay for my services because I give them the financial results they desire.

MORALS: always think intensity over extensity. And don’t jump from one niche to another every two weeks.

Okay guys, I don’t know if you are:

• a stay-at-home mum,
• or a freshly graduated youth who is looking at earning a living online using a blog.
• or you have a blog that doesn’t yield one Naira yet.

I honestly don’t know if you’re looking at turning your blog to an income-generating one….or if you just want a way of earning an impressive income by starting something as stress-free as a blog?

Either ways… it doesn’t matter.

Starting a blog is a pretty cool way of earning income at home especially if you have a laptop and internet connection.

Honestly, Blog Money is mad money and it always seem like magic when you make your first sales online. And then you watch the income increases and you get paid over and over again for a work you did once.

There are lots of blogging styles but I am focused on selling digital (downloadable) products off my blogs.

Listen friend, here is what I mean…

if you can apply as little as 80% of the steps that I unveil in my private Facebook group then I guarantee you’ll strike gold in not more than 90 day (three months) by selling your own digital products off your Blog.

It’s almost as easy as eating Akara with pap. I mean, anyone can do it.

Lol. Blog Money.

Yes. That’s exactly what we call it in our Facebook group, our online community of new bloggers looking at starting a 6 – 7 digit income blog from home.

Oya. That’s enough talk for today.

Time to go watch BBN. I heard Alex was smooching someone on screen earlier today? *wink* wink
