what was the online training like? how many hours a day, how many days a week, what happens if you are unable to join the online on a particular day , say for instance your data ran out or no light?

We were paid for the 3months while we learnt from home, The training is from 8 to 4pm from Monday to Friday. We wrote exams on weekends as scheduled by the academy.

You're paid 60k nah you shouldn't run out of data nah but we were advised to buy enough data which we did. Powerbank helped as well.

Your Camera should be on whilst the training is ongoing unless advised otherwise. During exams your camera MUST be active

Finished NYSC in 2012, got a job same year (@ Diamond bank). Used all my NYSC savings to buy suit and shoe for the job, after 8months I saw shege. Waking up early and returning home late no saving as salary was very poor. After 8months I didn't even tender resignation letter I ran away, my best decision ever since birth. Graduate trainee salary now has been increased to 390k.

Salary has even been increased again last march.

Some got as low as 16% Increase.

Also, Health insurance and Pension are no longer debited from your salary. Stanbic takes over and bears the cost of your HMO and pension remittance 100%
