The real report as to why this not in stream 1 issue has just arrived at my table. To curb the Fulani/cowsa (pardon my wrong spelling. It was patience Jonathan who taught me English) herdsmen menace, nysc has decided to give the cows orientation so all the cows have taken stream one slots.

According to Nysc, Cows don't go to the University but they need orientation on how to eat grass and not encroach into people's farms, causing conflict BTW cow owners (herdsmen) and farmers.
