Download the Apk and Obb file..
Most times the Obb files are usually in Zip format..
Install the Apk but DO NOT open it.
Unzip the Obb file, you'll see a folder or so.
Copy the folder and navigate to your Phone Memory>>Android
You'll see 2 folders Data and Obb
Paste the item you copied earlier into the Obb folder and that should be it.
Go forth and launch thy game brother!!

Thanks bro, but not all games files are to be in Android/obb

Games like Modern Combat 2, are to be put in Sdcard/gameloft/games.

But thanks sha for your tutorial.

2. Extract Gamecache, move folder com.rockstargames.gtasa to Internal/Android/data

3. Install APK and Run the game

NOTE : This data it for GPU Mali ( etc )

if force close go to android/data/com.rockstargames.gtasa/files/texdb
You will see folders,

-cutscene
-gta_int
-gta 3
-mobile
-txd

inside of that folders has a file that has
etc and pvr

Rename that to
=====================
for Adreno : dxt
for Powervr : pvr
=====================

Baam!!!

And you're done.
