Up APC again. APC 1 V 0 PDP |
Abeg this animal called Evans Bipi should go and park one corner. We don't need touts anymore in Rivers state. He thinks being a leader in the creek is the same as government. He should become speaker let's see |

There are no implications here . The only implication is that APC have re taken their state dubiously taken away by the PDP. Simple and short. |
It was just last week a group in the Niger Delta campaigning about Agip poor environmental operations in d region asking Fg to revoke their operation license. I smell a rat here |
My advise to Rivers people is this; let us not be deceived by politicians. Those rooting for Wike should always remember that they are mortgaging their future political chance. If wike succeeds Amaechi, that will be 16yrs and 24 year in power by the Ikwerres and the upland. Wike is fighting today not because he is d best. But because this is his only chance to governor Rivers state. If we go by rotation and power shifts to Kalabari, Ogoni, etche or any part, b4 power returns to d Ikwerres, wike most have gone into political limbo. Again if wike succeeds Amaechi, that means another Ikwerre man is free to succeed Wike After 8yrs in power since there won't be rotation and zoning again. Wike did that after 8yrs as LGA chairman by bringing his family kitchen brother, Timothy Nsirim to succeed him instead of shifting it to Evo or Akpor Kingdom in Obio/Akpor LGA. |
Good news. APC is back to power in Adamawa state. |
The op that wrote this is simply talking rubbish. This is a case most of us keenly followed till this moment that Adamawa state has been given back to APC through the court after their dubious removal of Nyako. Nyako made a very serious case for the swearing in of his deputy Ngilari, who is of APC after his impeachment. This op is only trying to do some damage control here. PDP's game plan just backfired. APC has been restore back to power the with this ruling today. Simple |
This is a welcome development for APC. Federal high court ruling means that APC have regain Adamawa state through the court process. PDP thinks they can use uncontitutional means to steal Adamawa state from APC. This was the case former Governor Nyako was making. That since PDP has dubiously removed him from office, that his Deputy Ngilari should have be sworn in and not the speaker. APC! Progress and change. The next to go will be Ayodele Fayose of Ekiti state. |

Its unfortunate most kids who are commenting on this Issue don't even know what the matter is all about. Ngilari, the deputy to Nyako is of APC and not the PDP. What the high court ruling mean is that APC has been given back power in Adamawa state through the court . |
Mr pastor, I like ur optimism. But ur dream will become a reality only if the PDP didn't go the way of a consensus candidate. because consensus candidate is the new way for selecting candidates now in PDP. If they go by open election, u might be the one. But if they go by their usual way of selection instead of election, u know what the result will be |
Adieu APGA and the Igbos politically. No hope of fielding an Igbo presidential candidate in the nearest future. Instead of building and growing APGA, those managing the party thinks PDP is where their hope lies. I think the Yorubas have political maturity and sagacity than the Igbos. |
All na story story |
As far as T.A Orji is of the PDP, Abia people will tell u he is the best for them not minding whether he is performing or not. All it takes to survive as a governor in Nigeria is to be in the good book of the president. With that, whether ur performing or not u will have his back up. Abians have not been lucky with governance since 1999- till date. My advice to Abians and other Nigerians is this; come 2015, vote whichever candidate that's capable delivering whether he is coming out from PDP, APC, APGA, Labour Party etc. Our leaders don finish our lives in the name of this or that political party. |
Its unfortunate that where most Nigerians expect the PDP led federal govt to take action and take credit they have not been doing anything in that direction which is corruption. In less than a month, several millions of Dollars have seized in south Africa authority for money laundering which the govt claimed it is for d purchase of arms. Ebola which everybody in Nigerian joined in tackling is what they are talking about. FG should tackle security, health, education, job creation, electricity etc. For 3 good months now we have seen a flash from PHCN. |
Nigeria is underdeveloped today is not by mistake. It is a deliberate attempt by our so called leaders to impoverish us all. All the lies that South African govt is this or that are all lies. Stealing by our leaders having been going on administration after administration. With what happened to Jame Ibori, our leaders knows that Europe and America are no longer a safe place to take this ill gotten wealth to that is why they see south Africa as a safe place for their looted funds. If is it for purchase of Arms, there are many countries they can openly and conventionally buy arms from other than South Africa. What's is d quantity and qualities of the Arms produced in south Africa by their Arms industries when we have countries like the US, Russia, China, North & south Korea, Hong Kong, Israel etc. |
Let us not mistaken the money laundering going on by Nigerians to south Africa as a diplomatic fight against Nigerian govt by her south African counterpart. This is a clear case of stealing by those in the corridors of powers. This question we all should be asking is this; why must a sovereign nation like Nigeria resort to Drug and terrorists style of Arms purchase for goodness sake? Stealing by highly placed officials of the govt have been going on for long even b4 GEJ's administration. So what we are witnessing today is a continuation of what has been in existence. Though too bad. |
Its unfortunate that Akpabio could say a thing like that. Has he forgotten that he Akpabio, is equally an Elder in that state? Maybe he Akpabio is equally useless because he is an elder too. |
The only reason behind GEJ's endorsement is the failure factor. Both the PDP NEC and GEJ himself knows he will fail if they allow for open contest among their aspirants at Eagle square. If the PDP are bragging that GEJ is the most credible person to leader Nigeria in 2015 irrespective of whom the opposition like the APC field for the election. Why are they afraid of conducting ordinary primary election in their own party? because if they sure that GEJ is credible and sale able, they should be afraid that he might lose at the primary. |
This why I hate Nigerian politicians. What is GEJ and leaders of the PDP are saying on this issue? GEJ nearly became a victim of a situation like this if not for some Notable Nigerians who stood to defend the country and the constitution for GEJ to succeed late Yar' Adua. Nigeria and PDP in particular should stop setting bad examples. This suntai is incapacitated. Let his second takeover power immediately without playing politics with live of those in that state. |
Nigeria should South Africa alone and do the proper thing. We live in a lawless country so we don't expect other countries to be as lawless as we live here in Nigeria. Must Nigerian Govt go to south Africa to purchase arms? There several American and European countries to buy Arms from. This money is being laundered as usual. Nigerian govt knows most European countries will not accept this kind of shady business dealings from them and thay is why they are bent on using south Africa if actually that money was meant for arms purchase. |
Whether the oil block owners are from Igbos, Hausa, Yoruba or even the Niger delta, they all belong to the thieving cabal in Nigeria. They all our common enemies for stealing what belongs to all us to themselves and their families. For Example, yesterday GEJ was nobody in Nigeria. He had no shoes to wear. But today, he is one of those that owns oil well in Nigeria. He has been enjoying that with his families and relations. Our enemies are not Igbos, hausa, yoruba, PDP, APC APGA or any tribe in Nigeria. Our enemies are our thieving leaders. |
Good advice but we want it to go beyond presidency. Let it apply to all elective and appointed political office holders in Nigeria |
And this is how GEJ will appear in ICC one day. |
It is lack of achievements by the PDP led federal that made them claim credit in a fight Nigerians fought together and won. I think APC is right to tell GEJ and his PDP to stop using Ebola containment as a campaign issue. If they want to take credit to themselves, how about Governor Amaechi and Fashola that spent millions in procuring health materials, training of health workers, provision of quarantine centers b4 d arrival of Fg's #200 million assistant? How about the media that work tireless to enlighten d public about Ebola? How about doctors and other health workers who put their lives in danger to attend to Ebola victims? We are not kids pls. GEJ and his PDP should tackle corruption and take credit pls. GEJ and PDP should park well Jor! |
We are waiting for Wike to resign and come back home to roast. He thinks is to behind GEJ's back to cause trouble in Rivers state. We are waiting for him. He will fail because power must shift to other ethnic groups in the rivers state. |

If the Igbos like make them no go hussle for political power for Naija. Make them dey here everyday dey complain about who failed them. |
Governor Amaechi raised some important questions that need an urgent answers. I don't need to hear from Governor Amaechi for me to know that GEJ's govt is a failed one. Most of us here are equally educated like some of these leaders in power. We know what good leadership is. We read news, we assess govt performance, we travel around to see things for ourselves both here in Nigeria and outside the country too. Sentiments rather than achievements is what is driving GEJ's administration. If the opposition criticize, they will say its opposition. If the media criticize they will gag the media. If the NGOs criticize, they will call it APC NGOs. If the criticism is coming from the PDP, they will expel that person or group of person from the party. So who is in position to criticize both GEJ and the PDP |

Political science is still one of the best courses to be studied in university. We live in a society where round pegs are put in a square holes. Where an engineer works in a bank. Where a micro biologist works in a Media house. Where a medical doctor works as film/movie producer. Where a zoologist is a president. Etc. |
