nagodeallah: I think interlock before screeding exterior wall will minimize the discoloration. What do you think?. Do you know anything about Satin paint from dulux?. Durability and aesthetic ?.

Its screeding not painting, so Screeding b4 Interlocking doesn't mean anything, besides after final painting, that discoloration won't be there. Moreover its easier cleaning dirt out of screeded wall than Cleaning Pop out of paving stones.

Satin finish, same thing as matt Finish. Unlike Dulux silk, It doesn't have a reflective view, its Blunt but very fine. It has like a normal emulsion finish, but dulux quality.

I have a quick question.Do you think it's better/preferable to screed the exterior wall before treating/finishing the compound floor with interlocking or concrete?. I put it this way, how do you prevent the ugly sight of discoloration at bottom of the building?. Thanks.

Yea, you can Screed before Interlocking. Painting is done as a Final FInish after all said and done. However, That doesn't still prevent Discoloration in the nearest or Later future depending on the quality of paint. A permanent solution to the bottom of your external wall should be treating the wall with Tile or Brick or stone finish, depending on your preference. You can have the tile running for like 600mm - 800mm height from Ground level, so that its like the house is wearing a shoe.

Got some question about.All those little pieces of design on the frontal part of the house, are they going to be concrete?

The answer is no. They are not always concrete. some are prefabricated materials like poly-routine steels and others that are easier to turn to shapes
