Wow! Am just pondering how I can go through all stress the OP went thru...It's not even my personal house (am a tenant).

The Igbo landlords here in Lagos don't mind spending 50k-60k (+ settlement) to get these prepaid meters in all their flats. You can't imagine what an average rent will go for in these properties.

The Yoruba landlords are so lazy and annoying that they're ready to wait for 10years and expect government to bring the meters (free of charge) to their properties. Even with the outrageous estimated billing, these landlords still pester their tenants to pay through their nose.

The Hausa landlords don't give a hoot and believe they have the backing of one of their own (Buhari). Disconnect their wire and they'll immediately connect it back.

How do you guys expect a tenant to fight a 8months to 2yrs battle with NEPA (sorry PHCN)? It's just not worth it as a tenant

Estimated billing system is a fraud, thievery and exploitation of the masses.

Didn't the Minister of Power directed sometimes ago that properties without prepaid meters shouldn't pay power bills any longer?

Sadly, government will look the other way because the companies are owned by their cronies.

I got same mail but mine came in on Wed 7th Feb and did the test today and also got a mail that I was successful and will proceed to the next stage

It's maths and English...10 Mathis questions and 5 English obj questions...d Matis questions are theory so u are required to show ur workings...just study margin...cost price and selling price...best of luck
