@tpia,I agree with you.most of our parents do not see the need for a planner.I advise most brides to allow their parents have their fill if they are spending the money and the brides face what concerns them most which is their outfit,look,venue,cake and their friends aso ebi and souvenirs.

I planned a wedding of 30 people including the bride and groom recently.The engagement,registry stuff and church took place in a day.By 3pm,the wedding was over.It tok place on a thursday.
Instead of wedding gown,the bride was on suit which she can put on again and again.Iy was lovely and beautiful.Just one cake for the occassion,the guest were entertained once.
Let us stop the band wagon thing and be unique.

Cake:the taste ,beauty and height

No matter how much we spend on the one day ceremony,it does not determine the success of the wedding.so,PACK WELL when planning for wedding.

Getting married is not 2+2 if,not for God.The expenses,the time,the confusions from family members especially aunties and uncles.
