I was in Deli India some years ago and I had an issue with the police and my friend an Indian reported the issue to the office of the Attorney General and come and see how the police officer was shaking.

The office of the attorney general ( the Chief law officer of the state) has refused to be responsible to the citizens and the police officers are cashing in to exploit the citizens.
