Visa Counselling: • Work with central conversion unit to communicate clear and accurate information to students and parents based on the current immigration laws and policies for student visa application. • Ensure relevant visa and immigration documents are provided to the conversion team accordingly. • Ensuring students are closely guided from start to finish of the student visa application process • Monitoring student enrolment at their study institution and promptly communicating any issues or challenges to appropriate unit. Role Requirements Experience and Qualifications o A first Degree from a reputable tertiary institution with the demonstration of key skills required at degree level - essential o Experience of working in international education - essential o Marketing experience especially in international education - Required o Considerable experience in a customer facing role - essential o Experience in an administrative role - essential o Knowledgeable and widely read.
