Yes, a candidate with NCE certificate, will spend 2 years ( meaning, continue as 300 level students instead of Usual 2000 level).
After, spending 3 years in College of Education already, with serious drill. ( Imagine, having to registered for over 15 courses in a semester).

For degree programme, is still same National University Commission that still response for the supervision. ( Degree is degree).

For degree, same cut off mark as university.

Is dual mandate ( ie, they will run Degree programme and NCE ).

NUC will supervise the degree programme, while NCC will supervise NCE programme.

But for direct entry:- candidate with NCE will spend 2years, as against 3 years.
