After almost 2 weeks of intense investigation, we discovered the enrolment agent used his fingerprint to complete the applicant enrolment.

Meaning, enrolment agent A used his fingerprint to complete an enrolment for applicant B. Hence, B will never NIN except otherwise.

What the enrolment agent A did is criminal and such person should be blocked from having access to NIMC platform to enrol citizen.

This applicant needs to register for jamb and we are handling his case, insha Allah it must be resolved.
