I had thesame issue. I prayed and coincidentally mix canned milk and Coca-Cola, drank it and it worked magic. You can give it a try. I hope it works for you as well because the discomfort is on another level and sometimes you don't even want to eat for days.

Also, eat less spicy foods and try to avoid garlic, onion and some foods that will aggravate it. Cheers!
