I have about 4 website with qserver down for about five days now, a client is threatening to have me arrested, what plans do they have at qserver.
If they want us to upgrade the softwares we are using, how do we do that when we don't have access to the cpanel or backend of the website.

Do they plan to shut down the sites forever, after we made full payment for a whole year. I wonder what is really happening and no one can locate their office ?

TO KILL THE MATTER THE MOST, THEY HAVE SAME REPLY FOR EVERYONE ON TWITTER, THEY STOPPED REPLYING TICKETS SINCE THREE DAYS AGO AND NONE OF THEIR NUMBERS ARE GOING TRU. THE EMAIL EXCUSE IS LAME, THEY SEEM TO HAVE MORE TECH TROUBLES THAN THEY ARE TELLING US. OUT OF MY 15 SERVICES WITH THEM HOW COME 9 ARE AFFECTED AND OTHERS ARE STILL WORKING? THIS IS TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL.

IN THIS AGE AND CLIME, WHY DIDNT THEY POST THE CONTENT OF THE EMAIL ON THEIR WEBSITE OR EVEN CREATE A POPUP MESSAGE FOR IT? WE GO SEE FOR THAT UNA OFFICE TOMORROW. #RADARADA

Having the same issue, Production sites are down. Clients are on my neck. This is the worst i have experienced from any host.

Qservers is the first web hosting company I knew.

I've been using the company for some of my websites now since 2010.

As for their customer service being bad, you lied because excellent customer service is what have made me still maintain Qservers as my Nigerian hosting company till date.

They response to your support ticket even at late night.

You may have violated their terms of service like using their host for ponzi site etc.

Also the host gives one month notice before expiration of your service and another one week notice before expiration same goes to suspension of service.

I've had a suspended host fixed before.

You obviously weren't affected by their last actions. Go to Twitter oga, more than 100 customers locked out without prior notice.

You won't have an idea of what is happening till you fall victim next time. For the records I have invited over 10 referrals to Qservers in the past and I have been their customer for over 2 years now.

Maybe u think we are making this latest incident up. My company sites over 2 are down now on Qservers for over 48 hours because they claim they sent an email to upgrade WordPress versions. It turned out the email they sent was not received by more than 90 percent of the affected customers as u can see on their Twitter page.

These guys don cast abeg. Na old glory dem dey live on now.

I was only trying to explain why and you responded as if it was an attack.

Although the time given was very short and the mail should have been sent more than once, at least from an average nigerian company , Its better than nothing.

You received it does not mean others did. Go to Qservers thread on Twitter bro. People didn't nt get that message. I believe you are aware that Qservers mail does not deliver to gmail. Let them be there claiming right. They are tyrants. Do you feel if people received that mail, they would be overwhelmed by the lots of support tickets coming their way now? Think!

Avoid Qservers. Their customer service is tyranny

Qservers customer service will frustrate you over an oversight from them.

I have two services with them that was disabled without prior notice and they are claiming violation of TOS.

Go to their thread on Twitter and see what they are doing to their customers.

They sent a mail some days ago about upgrading wordpress and other platforms to most recent version due to security vulnerabilities.

Stop defending them. The replies on their thread on Twitter shows most of their clients never received the email including me.

Everyone avoid using Qservers. They have a bad customer service experience
