Anyways if the sole issue with the phone is the " important battery message " then you don't need to replace the battery because any replacement would come with Same message , even another taken from an icloud locked xr .

Secondly the housing is not supposed to be upto 20k because I got iPhone 11 housing for 20k some weeks ago in ikeja .
