The northern guys can write in Arabic. Is that still illiteracy?
Can you write in Arabic? Of course we all know that we are referring to western education. And sincerely speaking how many Northerners can write in Arabic. The almagiri system of Islamic education in the North is in itself a promoter of all kinds of vice and not even Islamic literacy.
Education › Re: See Region With Highest Illiteracy Rates For Children In Nigeria by Softmirror:
The very major problem with the insecurity in the North is lack of education and poverty. Let me narrow it down to a single point perspective called the mayhem of Fulani herdman.

In solving this mayhem is the reason why Tinubu's government created the ministry of livestock separately.

Moving cows from around the country in the name of Nomadic farming is outdated and not even productive. It takes an educated people to be ready to stop living in the past.

Where does Nigeria stand in the global ranking when it comes to livestock exportation? Why then, the nuisance and instability that comes with this herdman ship?

The ranching method is the best. Guess what, I have some friends from some African countries and Europe who live in Nigeria. These my friends have never eaten our own beef. When I asked them the reason why, they said they cows the see in Nigeria are only seen in their vertinaries. Our cows look so sick to care to have a taste of one.

With time, the ministry will bring a solution to this outdated system of rearing cows through proper education and enlightenment.

ASSU has not been on strike because the government is more liquid now because school fees are now abruptly expensive in all federal varsities.

There was still petrol scarcity last year so, stop talking like there hasn't been any fuel scarcity since the inception of thia Tinubu's government.
There has been fuel scarcity in the slightest magnitude that can't even be compared to fuel scarcity has was experienced in the past.

Secondly for those who cant afford the 'expensive fees' the government have provided an opportunity of student loans.

Ineffective opposition . PDP has been a complete useless opposition party. APC and ACN did very well as opposition and by making sure they kept the people on their side .
You are very correct. Mean while, there are lots of underground work going on with this administration that has been ensuring stability despite the inevitable challenges.

It is a separate game from 2023 , if the two opposition titans remain under one party ,Tinubu will have no chance ,. What happened in 2023 was that Obi went separate and Atiku went separate . But their combined forces and votes and with the way the north is now in terms of insecurity and the poverty in the south . Tinubu stands very little chance of winning
There is more to the dynamics of politics than this analysis you have put forward.
Ask yourself why ASU has not been on strike? Why there has not been petrol scarcity? My mentioning this is just to make you ask yourself simple questions especially why has there not been a massive revolt against this administration right from the word go when Tinubu said "subsidy is gone".

Do you understand what disruption really means? It doesn't always mean you win, it means you change the game so much that people can’t ignore you.

Peter Obi did exactly that. He shook Nigeria’s political system, shocked those who underestimated him and won key states including Lagos.

A first-time presidential candidate yet he pulled 26.1% of the national vote. Atiku got 29.88% and Tinubu 37.62%.

That’s disruption, Not by power or money but by shaking the status quo.
Very few understanding the dynamics of this game called politics and how to play to win.
I know a lot of people who Tinubu sponsored to make sure that the Obidient remained very, very active through out the election. Because on the premise of very simple logic, Obi's vote ordinarily amounts to a waste which was so obvious but acceptable by his supporters preferring it to be a waste. That was how very much the mechanism put in place worked on the Obidient's psyche.

Another is Bwala. If you think he left APC for PDP and was made spokes man for PDP because of a sentimental Muslim Muslim ticket. Then you are on a long thing.

That he is even able to win a few states makes them so happy all the time. 😁.

No, Atiku and Obi has different startegy.

Atiku moved from PDP to APC because he was not given the party nomination and has moved 16 times from APC to pdp, his moves are moves reactionary and he relies heavily on party deals and political negotiations and not necessarily a loyal grassroots base

On the other hand, every party Peter Obi has been in, he has been the given the nomination that means he has structures which he brings on the grass root level when compared to atiku, Obi doesn’t move unless he knows he can control or heavily influence where he is going to.
His grassroots structure, especially among young people and professionals, travels with him,he also has a more direct connection to his supporters unlike Atiku who depends on party machinery.
The share the same thing in common. The move from one party to another seeking for opportunities to remain relevant. While both end up as losers and then they move again.

My question is, what is wrong with Obi building labour party and making it a formidable party and then aim at presidency when they be is rock solid.

The script has now been flipped against Wike. He'll be the one running helter-skelter now to ensure that the PDP doesn't go into extinction because that would be the end of him. That will also fast-track the defection of the current PDP governors (mostly from the Northern extraction) to the ADC.

Expect the mother of all anti-party in 2027. Tinubu normalised and encouraged it, he would be the biggest victim of it. Not all the governors that smile in public with him and name monuments after him genuinely love him? They all know him to be a slave-master and a megalomaniac. You can't buy love neither can you copy respect!
Wike will be so pleased to see such happen. That is his goal.

Should we start with the stress of fuel scarcity?
Or ASU strikes?
Or the challenges of getting a national passport.
I can go on and on. With simple lay man's examples, which can be further expanciated with numerous benefits.

I don’t follow politics, I don’t support any party, and I don’t vote, so this isn’t about taking sides. But to be honest, Peter Obi is a smart man. He’s a political survivalist. He understands how to navigate power.

People forget he’s a businessman and businessmen know how to survive. He started in APGA and won there, then moved to PDP, and eventually to ADC. Through all the shifts, he’s remained relevant.

Don’t let the soft voice fool you, that is a way to get support and to look very soft,it is also a way to look unthreatened by competitors but he’s strategic, opportunistic, and ruthless when it comes to staying in the game. Word is, he might become the ADC vice presidential nominee. It fits the pattern. He has no blind loyalty to any party. When he sees opportunity, he steps in. When it dries up, he moves.

That’s not criticism. It’s just the reality of how he plays the game.
He learnt this from his master Atiku. I hope you know.

There is a reason APC is terribly worried about Peter Obi and will whip up online and offline attacks on his person ..... they have the actual result of the 2023 election and Peter Obi shocked them with a high margin win.

They can't afford to have him in a coalition that will attempt to fight back their rigging. Tinubu has first hand knowledge of the popularity Peter Obi wield and justifiably so.

No Nigerian will defeat Peter Obi if a free and fair presidential election is conducted today. Both APC and the opposition knows this.
We are looking forward to Atiku/Obi candidacy nothing can be more appealing.

If Tinubu plan to rig, it won't work this time. Nigerians are wiser now
Lol 😂. If Tinubu could win when he wasn't in power how much more now that he is in power without any serious resistance. Think about it. It's simple logic.

Can you guys see what these politicians are doing with Nigeria and the funds in Nigeria. i don't believe these people are in position to serve at all, but to loot and enrich themselves.
It's not just politicians. We like pointing to politicians all the time. Let me give you an example. Look at the kind of attrocities that is being committed in Nigeria's Hajj commission for example. What about the one committed in the central Mosque in Abuja which was exposed by Professor Oloyede the JAMB boss.

If you go to the sector of Education, you find the same, the health sector you will find the same. The business sector is the same. Our politicians are only a representation of the kind of people in the community the are leading. It's very unfortunate.
