Assuming it is illegal in the UK --- it is illegal here in the US --- why would you think it makes sense to use an illegal act in the UK as justification for an illegality in Nigeria? Una dey oK at all? The electoral laws are clear in Nigeria that these acts are illegal. No campaigning on election day.

These were literally hungry voters being enticed to come vote instead for PDP or APC as the case may seem right there at the polling units.
