6. Your Supplier/Producer: Are you the one producing or supplying it? What's the distance between you and your supplier? I'll also advise you to have more than one supplier. Do it and thank me later.

7. Rent: Is it a business that requires you to pay for a shop or a spot, or you're doing it in your house? Are you paying street, community or any kind of taxes? All of these should be included when you calculate your costs and profits.

8. Competition: How much of a competition do you have? Are you the only one selling that product? What's the distance between you and your closest competition? Look at the houses/people that would possibly buy from you.

9. Your Attitude: This is very important as it determines who comes back to buy from you after the first time. Are you approachable? Your manner of approach? Do you smile, greet or reply to greetings? How neat are you, your environment and your products?
