This is just a way for the PDP's to say something negative about the APC or the President, we are aware that this was money's accrued from the past government the OBJ to the GEJ administration have all fallen down to the PMB administration and now the PDP's are blaming the government for debt, as far as i am concerned this government has not wrecked Nigeria, the only government who wrecked the country is the PDP government for 16 whole years. President Buhari is working hard to put things right. well PDP can say all they wish it cannot change our minds as regards who we are to vote for. PMB all the way.
