Responsibilities
Main Accountabilities

To supervise, assign and review the work of staff responsible for patrol services and emergency response in assigned area of responsibility.
To supervise the guard force and ensure smooth facility operations in plant.

Key Tasks
Prepares analytical and statistical reports on operations and activities, including weekly incident reports.
Responds to inquiries and investigates and resolves security related problems.
Prioritize, assign, supervise and review the work of staff responsible for patrol services.
Recommend and assist the CSO in the implementation of goals and objectives; implement approved policies and procedures.
Establish schedules for providing patrol services.
Identify resource needs; review guards needs accordingly.
Participate in the selection of patrol staff; staff training and work with employees to correct deficiencies and implement discipline procedures.
Assist in development of security policies, procedures, standards, and directives, and in communicating these in written and verbal presentations.
Check and confirm all goods moving out of the facility and document same in the registers.

Knowledge of security practices and law enforcement principles required.
Basic Investigative skills and techniques.
Excellent writing and proofreading skills.
Effective verbal communication skills.
Problem solving and analytical skills.
Good decision making ability and excellent judgment.
Excellent task prioritization and leadership skills.
Excellent interpersonal relationship skills

Experience and Training

At least 7 years’ experience in security forces (MILITARY (Army, Navy, Airforce only) with discharge certificate.
Age - Not more than 45yrs.
Experience in a supervisory role desirable.

Minimum Qualifications
ND, HND or Bsc in any discpline.
Formal training in Security Management will be an added advantage

Key Measures (KPI)
Efficiency of security team under supervision.
Number of breaches in assigned area
Time taken to respond to major incidents.

Salary. - 150,000 Naira per month

It is worth mentioning that the Northern Elders Forum isn’t in support of another war to keep Nigeria together, and had asked the federal government not to stand in the way of Biafra secession.

Speaking with Channels TV, the former spokesperson of the Forum who was replaced by Abdul-Azeez Suleiman yesterday, said with the tensed agitation in the South-East, and with the past wars that had a toll on Nigerians, the federal government should not stand in the way of Igbo secession.

The elders noted that secession by the Igbos represent their popular choice and they should be allowed to leave the country.

Permanent resident from Tourist Visa.....how??

I am not sure you are allowed to convert a tourist visa to work visa.
To qualify for PR in any country, you need to have worked,no crime records and paid all your taxes for a certain number of years to qualify to apply.
So i think you are jumping a very very very very big gun.

Make more research.
what you need now is how to get a job that meets the requirements to get a work permit visa.
I don not think countries allow people from developing countries to change tourist visas to work visas, which is why at visa interviews you are required to proof that you will come back to your country after your tourism is over.

Thanks for your submission but I am aware that in Turkey you can convert your tourist visa to PR without stress but I don't like Turkey and that's why I wants to find out if this is possible. Secondly I don't enough money to go thr study route, so if you stay in Portugal kindly guide me on what to do as I know it's not easy to get a job in Portugal from Naija. Kindly respond Sir

Well I have a relative in Portugal....from our discussion you'll need what they call Autorização de Trabalho(work permit) when you get there...and to do do you'll need to have contacted a company that will employ you after your entry with a tourist visa....some of the easiest sectors according to her which employs internationals easily after entry is in the tourism sector (hotels, restaurants et al) coincidentally....FYI to apply for a residence permit that allows work in Portugal costs around €83. There are cost related documentation when submitting your application form at SEF however to receive the residence permit for work purposes from the SEF costs around €72.....you can do the currency conversions to naira yourself.....I'll stop here but for further exclusive information on the easiest way to migrate there kindly mention me with your questions or WhatsApp then we'll continue the conversation in proper..
