So I got a mail to check my application status, thinking it was a medical mail. And all I saw was final decision made, we regret you are not eligible. Very bad!

Please kindly do so and let's pray for a good outcome. I am in a similar situation also but my application is about 2 months now and i am resuming first week of January. I was advised to wait till 1st week of December before I mail the office . Pls keep us posted
This was the response I got from them:
Due to significant and unforeseen increases in the volume of temporary resident applications we receive (temporary resident visas, study permits, and work permits), we are currently outside regular processing times. We continue to process applications as quickly as possible in the order they were received.

And if am to use the Web form, which processing office should I select. Lagos or Ghana

I need your advice please.
I submitted and did my biometrics (online route) since fist week in August and up till now there was no update on my application. And my resumption is 1st week in January.
Am considering putting a mail accross to them.
