What you failed to notice is that Nigerians are what they are today because Nigeria made them so. I have bn to Benin(Republic) and Ghana and you really didn't portray the original picture. The citizens in these country are civilized because their country allow it. How do you expect Nigerians to be civilize when the country doesn't allow it. Is it Hausas going rampage on your land destroying your things while the police look on? The military brutalizing a sitting king for herders? Touts harrassing you while passerbyers and even police watches? How can you be sane to think of being civilize when all that your country offer is insanity. Okada in Cotonou will not carry you unless you wear that Akoto(don forget english name) and they are all numbered for easy identification. In Ghana when anyone fight, such person is tagged 'Nigerian' cuz they believe they are too civilize for that and only nigerians fight with every little provocation.
