The laptop you guys bought for me has a faulty hard disk. I can't use it nor can it work properly. I think it should be sent back to the seller as it has serious issues. Please kindly advise on what to do as the laptop is totally useless. I have tried several things but it keep saying the hard disk is bad and needs to be replaced. I regret this transaction.

There is no shenanigan attitude and there has been no keeping you in the dark. Alerts have been posted on your order and you were mentioned, the same way they are posted for others but we do not understand why you do not read them but prefer to say we are not being straight forward.
You were educated on the process, the ETA was communicated to you before your payment was received by the Finance Team and your messages were replied within work hours. If you do not understand something when you are told, the right thing to do is to ask questions and not say we are not being straight forward, whereas you failed to read alerts posted about your order.
