1. Freight Fee is same as Shipping Fee; Service Charge is same as Commission. Just different lingo!

2. At Specuit Cargo, a Flat Rate is a combo of Freight Fee & Service Charge. This applies to products such as: laptops, netbooks, tablets, phones, portable game consoles, game consoles, etc.

3. We'll charge $91 for Express Freight or $66.50 for Normal Freight (for China).

4. Currently, we don't honour unofficial discounts except in the case of AliBaba vendors where the price is usually not explicitly stated.

5. Sure, you can. Or, you can buy with your card and ask your seller to mail Preorder@specuitcargo.com. However, clients are always advised to pay to us and we handle everything - it's hard for a mistake/error to happen with 19 months experience in this industry.
