oga he is not building anything because he is using a wrong mindset, the mindset of a former Governor focusing on the micro,instead of the macro,he is supposed to think globally for the nation but busy ,looking at only the revenue side,just interested in generate and spend
Instead of also looking at the welfare and well-being of the people, there have to be a balance and were there is conflict the human aspect should prevail, in lagos he was able to face revenue generation and IGR issues because somebody at the centre already took care of inflation,security, and foreign exchange issues
But now,he has increases the prices of all government goods,schools, electricity, fuel,gas,passport fees,cost of foreign currencies,taxes,all in a bid to raise revenue to build infrastructure, if at all he will not waste it,while the people are miserable, that's not how to govern, the people have to be able to use infrastructure
