Dumb calling someone dumb. The Papacy does not have to go through any President or head of state to invite anyone. There are invitees in Nigeria that were invited and they needed no approval from the President to attend the event. Only some ignoramuses and unexposed clowns think until the President or Head of state is invited, then no one else could be independently invited.
