You are right SNBO is newly established. However, its not their first recruitment exercise for experienced hires. I know someone very close to me working there (SNBO), got hired in 2019 as experienced hire. About the pay, its not up to the main shell offer but its also considerably a good pay because it also grows every year and with other benefits. I wont want to say precisely how much here for confidential purpose but its not up to 12m like Amazingguy55 said. Anyways, all the best

You've said it all. You're right. SNBO was established and commenced operations in 2018 as a captive business process operations centre to support the business in Nigeria. SNBO is focused on driving excellent performance across a range of processes in finance, contracting and procurement/supply chain operations, production services, information and digital technology and commercial. This seems to be their first recruitment for experienced professionals. The pay might be different from other subsidiaries.

Shared services seems to be the trend now as it prevents duplicated functions or roles across a large company with many subsidiaries

Not sure about pay but remember this is an experienced hire role. Even new graduates earn about a million or so this should be about 12 to 15m per annum or more

Just range will help us on how to answer such a question. At least I provided the information I have. If you have any idea what the salary package looks like, please kindly share it with us.

Your worth is directly proportional to your experience, what you were earning previously and Shell's target salary band for this role.

They are still going to call those that haven't received any call so far your application says "review in progress". Just know that they will call Monday and Tuesday. Just make sure your mobile is reachable from 9 AM to 4 PM.
