Ekenev2: 🤣 If I speak about this government as an Igbo man, they will come me the child of hate.
When Buhari was the president, the North saw him as a saint and didn't participate in the Endsars protest as they perceived it to be a Southern agenda to overthrow the president.
The Yorubas who protested with the Igbos, later turned on the Igbos and accused them of trying to destroy their Lagos under the guise of protest.
Fast-forward to 2024, the North are now ready to protest against Tinubu. The Yorubas are seeing it as a threat to their brother, but somehow are changing the narrative and accusing the Igbos of masterminding the planned protest. President spokesperson accusing Peter Obi, and some even said it was agenda to release Nnamdi Kanu. The Igbos are still the problem 🤣
Even when we have made it clear we don't care about the government, they still want to drag us into the conversation North never protest against SARS because they were not been disturbed by SARS officials on that part of the Country. Although I'd expect them to be patriotic enough to support that Endsars protest. But in all fairness they were not among the region been disturbed and extorted from operations of SARS now on the ground of the proposed protest everyone is effected by devilish and wicked policies of Tinubu and his bad governance so everyone is expected to join this protest |

Mankind2024: In Defense of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu
President Bola Ahmed Tinubu is working hard to salvage Nigeria's ailing economy. The banking industry, the second most productive sector after oil, has also been affected by the necessary sacrifices. Critics have questioned why the foreign exchange gains made by listed banks in the 2023 financial year should be used to fund a supplementary budget. The answer is straightforward: allowing banks to pay out these gains would exacerbate the exchange rate crisis, causing capital flight and worsening the economy. This would have devastating consequences, potentially rivaling the Great Depression in the US. The foreign exchange gains would primarily benefit foreign investors who made significant investments in Nigeria's economy during better times but failed to invest in our economy during the current challenges that bedeviled our economy. Unfortunately, Nigeria's economic woes date back to the tenure of IBB, who allegedly stole $12 billion in 1991. Successive leaders, including Abacha, Abdulsalam and Obasanjo, also looted the country's resources in geometrical magnitude. The most recent predecessors, including GEJ and Buhari, continued this trend. Buhari's administration securitized untapped crude oil deposits and borrowed N23 trillion through questionable ways and means without backing it. It is unfair to condemn President Tinubu, who has taken austerity measures to prevent economic collapse. Without his efforts, Nigeria's situation would be comparable to Venezuela and Zimbabwe, with the Naira rendered absolutely worthless.
Let us support President Tinubu, the "fixer" of Nigeria's economy, as he works to get it right. We must reject opposition-induced rallies promoted by the "Obedients," which aim to destroy government infrastructure and overthrow the government through a military coup which they had openly canvassed before the inauguration of PBAT. We should also reject protests in the South West and Abuja. It is worth asking: where were the Northern elders and the Obi-diots during Buhari's disastrous eight years?
NB: A warning ⚠️ for the Obi-diots, any Obi-diots who stage protests in the South West region would regret their action and inaction. you are a 🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡 |

spy9ja: PLANNED PROTEST: EKO O NI GBAGBAKUGBA
By Olaseni O. Egbeyemi
It has been widely circulated that some groups are planning what they term a "Mega Protest." Every Nigerian, regardless of where they live, has the right to protest against injustice.
The current situation affecting the standard of living is dire and disheartening. The high cost of food and essential items is appalling, and the masses are suffering.
It is often said that a hungry man is an angry man. People are genuinely hungry and angry. When pushed to the brink, they are likely to react in ways they may not be able to control.
We have witnessed both peaceful and violent protests in Nigeria. The last End SARS protest was particularly intense and destructive, resulting in significant loss of lives and properties. During that protest, organized by the youths, several lessons were learned by the organizers, the government, and the general public. Unfortunately, some elements used the protest as a cover for vindictiveness and the destruction of government and private properties.
In the end, it was revealed that the protest had sinister motives with political undertones.
The regrouping of certain elements in and around Lagos to organize another protest is uncalled for. Yes, the masses are hungry and angry, but it is alleged that some individuals, mainly from a specific section of the country, are calling for these protests as a continuation of their unfinished End SARS agenda, which caused chaos in parts of the country.
Anyone willing to protest should do so in their states of origin. "Our Lagos" is a center of excellence, not a center of destruction.
The Lagos State Government, security agencies, and responsible citizens should condemn and prevent these plans. Many have come to Lagos seeking greener pastures and have found success here. Destroying Lagos or targeting properties for destruction should not be tolerated.
The efforts of government to alleviate this suffering should be supported and encouraged, not called into question with another destructive protest. Nigeria is not Kenya. Lagos is not Nairobi.
We must protect the Lagos we inherited and continue to prosper in it. We cannot stand by while those who left their villages to thrive in Lagos rise to destroy it.
"Eko o ni gbagbakugba"
Let the protesters go to their villages and protest there, not in "OUR LAGOS." The right to protest is not the right to destroy.
E FI EKO SILE... EKO O NI BAJE, O BAJE TI.
LAGOS IS RISING. Based on your judgement if I live in Lagos and pay my taxes in Lagos and do my business in Lagos. then when it comes to protest against bad government of Tinubu because he is a Yoruba man I then have to go to my State and protest right. During the time of former president Jonathan we all came out to protest against removal of subsides now we all should leave Lagos to our States because it's has to do with a Yoruba man..... you're a clown |
